Just to let you know people they charge 29 even If they want fix your laptop etc! They charge me 29 and they didn’t fix nothing I understand that but they didn’t tell me nothing at all at the beginning! Good luck with your services....

Absolutely shocking service they said the laptop is not repairable after days of looking into it. And later when I went to another shop for the same laptop they told me that a connector of the laptop has been taken out. And it will be very difficult to get the connector back. This is literally equal to stealing the parts. Horrible experience stay away from them.

Absolutely horrible service. They are nice guys, for sure - but don't ever bring them your Mac for repair, you will regret it terribly. I brought them my Macbook Pro with a crack in the screen, and they said it would take a couple of days to get a replacement display. First they ordered the wrong part. Then they installed a display that wouldn't work at all. 10 days later, finally they get the right part and it still didn't work: they had actually damaged the display's connection to the motherboard when removing the first screen! When I wrote to complain, they weren't apologetic at all and even had an attitude with me. Finally they asked I leave my computer with them for another week or two so they could fix it, so I left and took everything to Mac Genius in Haarlem, where the guys there fixed the damage and replaced the screen in 40 minutes, and for 200 less than PC Service.
